Dragon’s Kingdom Prologue

Initially, there were only six gods and goddesses; the Creation gods, Time, Life and Death, Sun and Moon, and the youngest of the Creation gods Star. Then became the six Elemental gods; Fire, Lightning, twins Water and Ice, and the youngest twins Air and Earth. The twelve gods and goddesses lived in harmony with their creations and existence. Then one day they decided there needed to be a robust species to live and rule above all others; Dragons. The gods granted a baby born from humans to withhold the power to create these powerful creatures with the power of a magical crown called the “Dragon’s Eye.” The crown granted this human child to not only create dragons but also give the power of the dragons, the human child could live as long as the gods themselves. Over the years the child grew and as she grew, she adopted many names; Dragon Queen, the Mother Dragon, Dragon Protector but most commonly; Dragon Flame. No one knew her real name, for she didn’t have many friends. She went around the realm of Aspes bringing the Dragon’s power and rein wherever she went, all was well in the realm of Aspes. 

Except it wasn’t, the Human King and Queen; Joel and Lovina Havencreek, didn’t approve of the existence of dragons. They started a war against the dragons, many took their side. Then amid the heaviest year of war, Dragon Flame disappeared. No one knew where or why she vanished, but the Human Royalty sought this as an opportunity. They killed dragons left and right until they became rare to find. Many speculate that they went extinct, and many say they went into hiding. With no one to prove these theories, the legend of the dragons became just that, a legend.
